Rosely Gimenes Koestner is an accomplished HR professional with over 20 years of experience.  She excels in senior HR roles and project management in merger and  acquisitions, company integration and onboarding, culture transformation and people alignment. 

She has led teams in numerous transformation projects, working closely with executive committees, CEOs, and private equity firms to ensure seamless transitions and effective HR strategies, primarily in the tech industry in Iberia.

She is fully dedicated to creating agile HR processes that align with business strategies and foster talent development. Her mission is to empower organizations and individuals to reach their full potential through innovative HR solutions and leadership.

Rosely also collaborates with other HR consultancy firms and actively engages with global coaching communities and NGOs. She is a certified professional coach, trained through prestigious programs, and holds accreditations from both International ICF-Coaching Federation and FICOP-International Federation of Professional Coaching.
